The contract for STAR Refinery – Aliağa Cogeneration Plant (COGEN) Project was signed between ENKA-ÜSTAY Joint Venture and SOCAR

The plant’s technical and commercial conditions will be determined at the first stage with the FEED and OBCE contract, and then it will be built on turnkey basis by ENKA – ÜSTAY Joint Venture after the approval of SOCAR.   Aliağa Cogeneration Plant is a power plant designed to produce electrical energy and steam required for Aliağa-STAR Refinery of SOCAR Turkey Enerji A.Ş. and furthermore is going to be operationally integrated with STAR refinery.
