Project Description
Durusu Park Project is a development project of ÜSTAY, located 45 minutes away from City Center and 7 km . inland of Black Sea coastline. North of the Project is the Durusu Lake, South is the main highway, East and West sides are surrounded by national forests.
Located on a 6,500,000 m² breathtaking land, larger than Monte Carlo, the Durusu Project embraces several valleys, rivers, lagoons and forests. Within the project land, ÜSTAY has built a 75-room Resort Hotel and an Olympic Horse Back Riding Club, a Rotating Tower and Turkey ‘s first ” Wildlife Museum ” besides the residential units.
Durusu Project concept is designed for upper-income residents seeking a life in close contact with nature, while also engaging all kinds of social and sportive activities. The project also has an image of an eco-park combined with natural beauties.
In addition to the superstructures of the projects, ÜSTAY has completed all infrastructure works related with the Durusu Park Project.
