Project Description
The Main Contract consisted of all works related to EPC scope for a 3×150 MW lignite fired power plant located at Tufanbeyli at Turkey, owned by EnerjiSA.
ÜSTAY’s scope in this project included construction management works, including but not limited to, technical consulting services, subcontractor management, identification of any inconsistencies, implementation of proposed solutions, improvement of site subcontractor performance, coordination with the Client, etc.
