An agreement has been signed between ÜSTAY and Channel Energy (Poti) Limited, Sun Petroleum Georgia LLC, and Poti Terminal Holding LLC for the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Cost Estimation Studies of the Poti and Tbilisi Fuel Storage Facilities.

Within the scope of the agreement, ÜSTAY will conduct FEED and cost estimation studies for the planned storage and terminal projects in the Georgian cities of Tbilisi and Poti. The objective is to transition this process into a turnkey EPC contract in the subsequent stages.

Under the project, a new storage facility and railway and tanker loading infrastructure will be developed in Tbilisi, while a multi-phase expansion plan will be implemented at the Poti terminal. This plan includes the design of new fuel tanks, LPG storage facilities, logistics infrastructure, and systems aimed at increasing product flexibility.

With a proven international track record in industrial plant construction, ÜSTAY has entered into a strategic collaboration that will strengthen Georgia’s energy logistics capacity.

We are proud to share this new agreement, one of our projects to be carried out in accordance with international standards.
