Project Description
Provide to the Client technical assistance during implementation of the project. Identify problematic areas of work, outlay causes for delay in work progress, assess subcontractors’ works, assess efficiency and productivity rates of current erection teams, review engineering issues, review material issues, site organization, etc. leading to successful fulfilling of the milestones -Ready for Trial Run of Unit A and Unit B of the Yunus Emre 2×145 MW CFPP.
