At Üstay, our commitment to Social Responsibility is not just a duty; it’s our passion. We are proud to be a driving force behind positive transformations in the lives of those less fortunate.

From afforestation to sapling donations and food/clothing aids, blood-stem cell donations, building health centers and schools, establishing shelters, Ustay has always been dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities it served in line with the needs of the day. Our efforts have been deemed worthy of various awards by both our employers and government institutions in Turkey and abroad over the past 50+ years.

In recent years, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives mostly started to focus on education, particularly for underprivileged children. 

Unfortunately, many children in Turkey still lack access to quality education. Through partnerships with local schools, educational organizations and volunteers, we are providing resources and support to improve the learning environment for underprivileged Turkish students. As Üstay, we are especially proud to support talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds through our scholarship programs.

Besides the scholarships we offer, one of our flagship initiatives is the creation of children’s libraries in schools that lack access to adequate educational resources. We believe that books open doors to imagination and knowledge. These libraries are designed to ignite a love for reading and learning among young minds. By providing a diverse range of books and a comfortable space for reading, we hope to inspire future generations to dream big and achieve their goals. Within the last 2 years, we have donated more than 6.000 books, countless toys and education materials to those schools in need.
